Because Concho is off the beaten path, the village has been able to keep its small town atmosphere while the residents are still close enough to larger towns to take advantage of their activities and businesses. The tourist attractions and business districts of Show Low, Lakeside and Pinetop are just a pleasant 30-minute drive away.
