Imperial is south of that, and if you find the need to stock up on cheap Mexican pharma, supplies, or souvenirs to decorate your new land with then Mexico is just 2.5 hours from your property. Take it even further South and enjoy weekend trips to the Baja for lobster dinners and all you can eat oysters in San Felipe. Easy day trip there and back if you wake up early enough.
