About Terlingua Ranch
The Property Owners Association of Terlingua Ranch (P.O.A.T.R.I.) collects annual dues, which are currently about $175. The Ranch provides a few amenities and services, the primary being road maintenance and water sales. At the Terlingua Ranch lodge, property owners and visitors have access to swimming pool, cabin rentals, showers, landing strip, and restaurant.
There are no water, sewer, or garbage collection services. Most property owners drill wells or use a combination of rain catchment and B.Y.O.B. Power lines run through the area to a few tracts but most are on alternative power sources, such as solar and gas. Phone lines have been laid across most of Terlingua Ranch.
